How many guitar pedals does a bass player need?  If you’re talking to Fallen Origin at least 10!  Banging out an energetic, tightly played rocky set , they certainly didn’t lack any enthusiasm, especially the bassist, who was constantly on the move, even jumping around the stage!  Sounding like a cross between heavier Seafood and less intense At The Drive-In, Fallen Origin certainly made an impression.

Reminiscent of My Vitriol, Red:Shift launched with a great instrumental, less energetic song.  The high-octane rock action was reserved for after the introduction, which they furnished in copious amounts.  Finishing on another instrumental tune, Red:Shift gracefully exited, having converted the few people at the gig to their shifty music.
